Discussion:
During this forecast period, we expect multiple rounds of showers and temperature to warm. For the remainder of Thursday evening expect overcast clouds with showers coming later through the night. These showers will be brought by a warm front bringing in higher temps. Showers continue into Friday morning with a warm, humid break through the afternoon. Rain will pick back up Friday evening through the night and into Saturday morning. Rain will pick back up as temps continue to sit in mid to upper 70's. Showers will become isolated later Saturday afternoon through the evening. These conditions will continue into Sunday.

Technical Discussion (The nerdy stuff we are discussing in class!)
A cold front has moved through the area, leaving behind cooler temperatures and overcast skies for Thursday. A warm front will move into the area Thursday afternoon and evening bringing with it the next chance for precipitation. This warm front will be responsible for warmer temperatures for Friday up into the mid 80's, but we will still experience mostly cloudy skies and a slight chance for rain. An upper level jet is present thorough Sunday and helps to funnel some moisture into the upper levels. A low level jet out of the southwest will be responsible for bringing some heat and moisture Friday afternoon into Saturday. Surface levels are saturated with humidity values greater than 85% and PWAT values remain over 2in, which will lend to our chances for showers for most of the weekend. An upper level ridge will settle over the area for the weekend providing the more seasonable weather that we will experience with high temperatures only reaching to the mid 70's due largely impart to mostly cloudy conditions.
