A hot and muggy day with mostly cloudy skies to start off Wednesday at Mizzou and a Heat Advisory for the area will begin at 11am. A cold front is forecasted to move through our area this afternoon, bringing a possibility of showers and thunderstorms. The concerns with these storms is strong wind gusts. The cold front moves through bringing northwesterly winds for Thursday and a much needed break from the humidity. Thursday looks to be the best and most comfortable day with a high in the mid 80s. Friday starts a warming trend with highs back up in the upper 80s to low 90s.
