Discussion:

Temperatures and humidity will remain high through the end of the week, with temperatures expected to be in the mid 90s.  Dew points will be in the upper 70s, with some points as high as 80.  This will lead to very muggy conditions, especially in the afternoon.  No rainfall is expected through the end of the heat wave (Saturday).  Conditions will stay clear, with minimal cloud cover.  An Excessive Heat Warning remains in effect until Saturday night. Relief from the hot temperatures look to be here Sunday where high temperatures decrease to the lower 90's and the possibility for rain makes its way back into the forecast.
