The remnants of Barry continue to linger providing cooler temperatures, ample cloud cover and some light showers throughout the day Tuesday. As Barry moves out of the area the clouds will begin to clear and temperatures will sky rocket. Dangerous heat will be the theme for the remainder of the forecast period. Heat indices will be near 110 F and we can expect a heat advisory to go into effect starting Wednesday.
